A shell with a printed logo is an inexpensive and quite effective form of advertising.
Flexo printing involves the use of highly elastic photopolymer plates and quick-drying liquid printing inks.
Flexography has practically no restrictions on the type of printed material (polyethylene, polypropylene, corrugated cardboard, paper, foil, etc.), it is distinguished by high quality prints and low cost per unit of production. Flexo printing is characterized by a very thin layer of ink on the finished product, as well as the presence of "cliches" (elastic printing plates), which are made separately for each ink. With this printing method, many shades and halftones can be transmitted, and colors can be accurately matched in multi-color printing using automatic form registration in the printing press.
High-quality full-color printing with the ability to combine the front and back sides is performed with special inks, where all colors and shades of the image are obtained by mixing four "basic" inks - cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) - directly on the printed surface (shell). Allows you to get images of increased complexity.
